Sarrah Sammoon is Sri Lanka’s only GMS™ designated Global Mobility Specialist. She earned this designation after successfully completing the GMS™ series of courses and exams. She is a Senior Partner of A. S. & Associates Resource Co. and currently heading the Corporate Global Mobility Division - APV Global Relocation Services. She has an Associate Science Degree in Business from Excelsior College, NY and a Master in Business Management from the University of Wales, UK. Sarrah Sammoon joins nearly 2,000 global workforce mobility professionals in 42 countries who carry this distinctive professional designation. GMS™ designees are required to demonstrate professional mastery in developing and administering assignment policies, managing various types of international assignment cycles, and coordinating legal and tax compliance processes, in addition to cultural competency in managing international assignees and participating on global teams.
